Contract Terms and Payment Structure

All Terra Zen plans and packages operate under a seasonal contract that clearly defines the duration and specific terms of service for each property. To begin your selected plan, a down payment equal to 10% of the total cost is required at the time the contract is signed. Clients have the flexibility to choose contract terms lasting 8, 10, or 12 months, allowing them to select the option that best suits their individual needs and preferences.

Payment Schedule

Payments for the chosen package are billed on a monthly basis and are due on the anniversary date of the contract signing each month. This structured payment approach provides ongoing coverage and ensures that your property receives consistent care throughout the contract period, making it easy and convenient to keep your lawn and yard in optimal condition.

Pricing and Additional Fees

Terra Zen Packages are priced according to the square footage and size of your lawn and yard. For those selecting Terra Zen Lawn Only Plans, contracts are available for 6 or 7 months and are based exclusively on the specific services performed. Please note that all packages and plans may incur additional charges for irrigation parts, except for the Terra Zen Plus Plan, which includes these costs. Additionally, if dog waste is not removed from the lawn or yard on the scheduled day of maintenance, a fee of $50 will be applied. In the case of seasonal contracts, an early termination fee may also be applicable.
