Irrigation Maintenance with Startup & Blowouts

Each season, we perform a complete irrigation system startup, including programming the controller for efficient watering schedules. Weekly walkthroughs are conducted to inspect the system, during which we raise and straighten sprinkler heads to optimize coverage and watering efficiency. At the end of the season, a thorough blowout is performed to protect your irrigation system from damage due to cold weather.

4 Step Lawn Treatment

o   Early Spring: Application of Crabgrass Preventer Plus Lawn Food to promote rapid green-up after winter and control crabgrass for up to four months.

o   Late Spring: Weed Control Plus Lawn Food builds a thick, green turf from the roots up and eliminates dandelion and clover.

o   Any Season: Lawn Food with 2% Iron can be applied at any time to produce a vibrant green lawn and enhance resistance to heat and drought.

o   Fall: Fall Lawn Food is used to strengthen the lawn before winter, helping develop deeper roots to withstand harsh weather conditions.

Spring Clean Up

An annual pre-emergent application is provided along with pruning and the removal of any leftover organic debris from the previous fall, ensuring your landscape is ready for the new season.

Weekly Bed Maintenance

We maintain garden beds with weekly services that include weeding, light pruning, and deadheading flowers to encourage healthy growth and a tidy appearance.

Fall Clean Up
