Maintenance includes regular mowing and string trimming to maintain a neat appearance, bi-weekly edging for crisp borders, and the disposal of lawn clippings to ensure a clean and tidy lawn.

Irrigation Maintenance with Startup & Blowouts

This plan also features thorough irrigation maintenance. Each season begins with a system startup, including controller programming to maximize watering efficiency. Weekly walkthroughs are performed to inspect the irrigation system, with adjustments made to raise and straighten heads for optimal coverage. At the end of each season, a blowout process protects the system from cold weather damage.

6 Step Lawn Treatment

o   Early Spring: Step 1 applies Crabgrass Preventer Plus Lawn Food, encouraging a rapid green-up after winter and controlling crabgrass for up to four months.

o   Late Spring: Step 2 uses Weed Control Plus Lawn Food to foster thick, green turf from the roots up and eliminate dandelion and clover. Additional crabgrass and weed control treatments are included for enhanced protection.

o   Any Season: Step 3 Lawn Food with 2% Iron can be applied at any time of the year, providing a vibrant green color and fortifying the lawn against heat and drought.

o   Fall: Step 4 Fall Lawn Food strengthens the grass before winter, helping develop stronger roots to withstand cold and wind.

Lawn Aeration

Lawn aeration is an essential part of the Terra Zen Plus Plan. This process relieves soil compaction, reduces thatch buildup, and encourages deeper, healthier root growth. Aeration is performed in both spring and fall for optimal results.

Spring Cleanup

Annual spring cleanup includes a pre-emergent application to prevent weeds, pruning to promote healthy growth, and the removal of any organic debris left over from the previous fall. Spring lawn aeration is also performed during this time to prepare the lawn for the growing season.

Weekly Bed Maintenance

Routine bed maintenance is provided to keep garden beds tidy and flourishing. Services include weeding, light pruning, and deadheading flowers to encourage new blooms and maintain a neat appearance.

Fall Cleanup

During winter months, the Terra Zen Plus Plan offers six seasonal snow removal services. Walkways are shoveled, driveways and large areas are cleared with a snow blower, and overnight ice management is provided. Additionally, 24-hour emergency removal services are available to address unexpected weather events and maintain safe access to your property.
