Our irrigation maintenance services begin each season with a full system startup, which includes programming the controller for optimal watering efficiency. We conduct weekly walkthroughs to inspect the irrigation system, making necessary adjustments by raising and straightening sprinkler heads to maximize coverage. At the end of the season, a thorough blowout process is performed to protect the irrigation system from potential cold weather damage.

6 Step Lawn Treatment

o   Early Spring: Step 1 applies Crabgrass Preventer Plus Lawn Food, providing a rapid green-up after winter and controlling crabgrass for up to four months.

o   Late Spring: Step 2 utilizes Weed Control Plus Lawn Food to build thick, green turf from the roots up and eliminate dandelion and clover. Additional treatments offer extra crabgrass and weed control for enhanced lawn protection.

o   Any Season: Step 3 Lawn Food with 2% Iron can be applied throughout the year to achieve a deep green color and strengthen the lawn against heat and drought.

o   Fall: Step 4 Fall Lawn Food is applied to fortify the lawn before winter, aiding in the development of stronger roots to endure harsh weather conditions.

Spring Clean Up

The Zen Plan includes a comprehensive spring clean up consisting of an annual pre-emergent application, pruning, and removal of any remaining organic debris from the previous fall to prepare your landscape for the growing season.

Weekly Bed Maintenance

To keep garden beds attractive and healthy, we provide weekly maintenance services, including weeding, light pruning, and deadheading flowers as needed.

Fall Clean Up

6 Seasonal Snow Removal Services
